What to Expect
From beginning to end, we anticipate any and all situations that may arise during your remodel. Some include vehicle parking, noise concerns and indoor air quality. We also inform the neighborhood before construction begins and ask them to contact us directly if there are ever concerns they would like addressed. Our professional staff is trained to minimize safety concerns and hazards at all worksites. They also advise you and take precautions to keep your home, family and pets protected during your remodel.
Irons Brothers Construction comes to your home in uniform and works with you to designate where debris and/or materials are to be placed. We regulate music volume and do not allow smoking on-site. In fact, we have a strict no-smoking policy for all staff and specialty contractors. We are a non-smoking company.

David R. Bartlett, CKD, PresidentDavid, a Certified Kitchen Designer, has been President of The Kitchen Center of Framingham since 1988. A highly qualified designer, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Licensed Construction Supervisor, Registered Home Improvement Contractor, Certified Lead Safe Remodeler, and a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Under his direction, Kitchen Center of Framingham has become one of the top Wood-Mode cabinetry suppliers in the country.

Brian Forestal, Vice President of ProductionBrian is the General Contractor of The Kitchen Center of Framingham. He makes certain your plans are followed to the letter. He’s a Licensed Construction Supervisor, Certified Lead Safe Remodeler and has been remodeling homes, specializing in kitchens and baths, since 1989. He’s also has experience in drafting and CAD Design as well as tile-flooring and tile-backsplash design. His proficiency with lighting design will beautifully illuminate your new kitchen and/or bath space. Brian joined the Kitchen Center staff in 1992 and, in 2002, became part owner of the business. He joins our president, David R. Bartlett, in a quest to provide our clients with an exceptional service and design experience –– one that is embellished with exquisite cabinetry.

Sara Iborra, ASID, DesignerSara, a member of theAmerican Society of Interior Designers (ASID), graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. Following graduation, she began her love of kitchen design during her employment at Lowe’s Home Improvement. Aspiring to design with Wood-Mode cabinetry and work on more intricate projects, she joined the Kitchen Center in 2002. After completing a training course at Wood-Mode’s manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania, Sara was named First in Class and won the Silver Scale Award. She designed for the Kitchen Center of Framingham until she relocated in 2003 to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, where she joined a high-end firm that specializes in outfitting beach-front homes with Wood-Mode cabinetry. During this time, she furthered her education and credentials by passing the National Council for Interior Design Qualification exam and becoming a member of ASID. She was named Salesperson of the Year in 2005, with her designs and completed projects published in several local magazines as well as being placed in competition for local home-builder awards. In 2008, Sara returned to the Kitchen Center of Framingham.

Jasmin Lee, DesignerJasmin is a 2009 graduate of Becker College, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. On the dean’s list for three consecutive years and a part of the Student ASID program, she excelled past her peers and was featured in several design competitions. Upon graduation, Jasmin designed for Ethan Allen, with emphasis on color, fabric, furniture and space planning. Realizing her interests were in space planning, she shifted career tracks and moved into Kitchen and Bath design. Jasmin has completed a week-long Wood-Mode Sales and Design Training seminar, where she learned to become more efficient as a designer with the Wood-Mode and Brookhaven product lines. Jasmin is working to receive an ASID certification as an interior designer and is striving to become a Certified Kitchen Designer.

Hagit Belfer, AKBD , DesignerBorn and raised in Israel, Hagit has an undergrad in Computer Science from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Hagit served four years in the Israeli Air Force as a software engineer and then went on to work as a team leader for a private software company. Her family relocated to the USA in 1995 and she was busy raising her 2 young kids. In 2006, Hagit followed her passion for design and enrolled in the Kitchen & Bath Design program in the Boston Architectural School. She graduated in 2008 and had worked in the field ever since. Hagit has years of experience working with homeowners, architects and builders on a wide range of projects. Her passion is space planning and creating eye pleasing functional designs. She is an active member of the NKBA and has an AKBD certification.

Kimberly Sandstrom, Office ManagerKim joined our Kitchen Center team in 2010 as our Office Manager. Kim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Assumption College. Prior to joining the Kitchen Center, Kim spent 15+ years in Corporate Restaurants as a General Manager. She brings with her years of experience in Business Management.
